Hi everyone,
As some of you may already have heard, I have started work on a new LOTR LCG Blog: https://visionofthepalantir.wordpress.com/.
It focusses on in depth analysis of the quests and the different traits in this game. This site can be used to find tips against a certain scenario and will serve as a place where you can ask questions about a specific quest. You can even post your deck lists there if they have beaten a scenario.
However, as of this moment, there are simply too many quests and traits to write about on my own. I would like that all quests are done as soon as possible, but I don’t have the time and energy to do all of that work on my own.
That is where you, the community come in.
I would like to ask those of you who want to help the community overcome some of the scenario’s to write an analysis of your favourite (or least favourite) quest. I would prefer to save the Saga’s for a later point in time, just up to the current cycle or a POD quest is fine. If you do want to help in this experiment, comment your quest (or trait) below, so that we do not get duplicates. You can mail the analysis either via the contact page on the blog, or to my own email address: prinsdaan@hotmail.com. The article can be included as a document, or you may write it in the email directly. Don’t bother with links or picture, I’ve got that covered.
What is in there for you?
Well, I got the Crossings of the Poros pack early, and have gotten the chance to play it a couple of times. Help me out, and I might shift away from my progression style writing (start at core, and move my way up chronologicly) and write an in depth article about the quest before it comes out.
If I can get 10 articles or more within a week about your (least) favourite quest/trait in roughly the same style as I write them, I will post the article next weekend.
If you are not interested or have no time to write an article, you can still comment below any article to give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, or any tips that we might have missed.
I hope this new experiment will get rolling soon, and that we will have a blog for the community, by the community.
Cheers,
Durins_Father
